Aloha, I'm already familiar with paypal and am a registered user/merchant..I'm wanting to add a shopping cart to my website (I use front page and do a lot of simple stuff on my own) .

Does anyone know if paypal (or can you recommend) a shopping cart that will make the item disappear or list it as SOLD once it's been purchased? I'm not always able to update the website when it something sells, so if there is a shopping cart that automatically disables the item or lists it as sold, that would be ideal.

Looking for something REALLy simple..baby is due in a few weeks so time and energy is limited:)
